  • How Do I Get A Quote

    Obtaining a quote is straightforward:


    1. Download our app or go to skypluslimo.com

    2. Input your preferred dates and locations just like you're making a booking

    3. In the following step, the rates for each vehicle class will be displayed

  • What is the waiting period for the chauffeur

    For regular pickups, such as from a hotel or residential address, your chauffeur will wait up to 30 minutes, with the initial 15 minutes free of charge and any additional time subject to fees.


    For airport pickups, we offer 60 minutes of free wait time.


    Should you anticipate a delay or need to modify your booking, please contact us through our website chat or via our app.

  • Are stops allowed on a point to point transfer

    For point-to-point transfers, up to three stops are permitted, each incurring an additional fee. Should your journey require more than three stops, consider booking multiple trips or choosing our hourly service for greater flexibility. Keep in mind, our hourly rates are applicable to trips within a 60-mile radius, with travel beyond this distance incurring extra costs.

  • What's the cancellation policy

    Cancel more than 24 hours before your trip for a full refund. Cancel more than 12 hours before for a 50% refund, and more than 6 hours before for a 25% refund. Cancellations less than 6 hours before the trip are not refunded.

  • What payment options do you accept

    All major credit cards are accepted, and payments are arranged via our website or app before the ride, eliminating the need for cash payments. Business accounts have the option to receive monthly invoices instead of paying for each ride individually.
