Terms and conditions

BILLING

The rates listed are for a one-way trip per vehicle and not per person or round-trip.


All our rates include a 20% gratuity for the driver. 


A 10% fuel surcharge will be added to the rate for any trip greater than 60 miles.


An additional $20 surcharge may be added to the rate if traveling between 12:00 am and 5:00 am.


An additional $20 will be added for any extra stops requested. Only up to 3 extra stops may be requested on an airport or point to point trip at $20 each . More than 3 stops will result in an hourly booking.


A $50 fee will be added on to the rate if an airport meet and greet inside is requested. However, a curbside pick up is always complimentary and your driver will be waiting with a pick up sign at the designate limo parking area


All reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the pick up time for a full-refund, otherwise you will be billed per our cancellation policy.


No cancellation fees will apply, if your flight is delayed or canceled, provided you give us notice of any change or cancellation.


Any verbal or written changes to an existing reservation may result in a price increase due to change in distance, waiting time, additional stops, tolls and state sales tax.

CHILD SEATS

We provide child car seats (rear, forward facing or booster) upon request for a fee of $10.  All car seats must be installed by the child's guardian before occupying the seat. 


It is important to enter all car seat requests in the trip notes section, while making your reservation online.

CLEANING

An additional fee will be charged for any cleaning services beyond what is usual and customary. 


You shall be responsible for replacement costs of any items that cannot be satisfactorily cleaned or repaired. If you feel that there has been a mistake (e.g. there was no mess to clean), then feel free to submit reply to the email with your justification and our compliance team will review the case in detail and reply back with the outcome of the review. This process takes 5-7 business days.

DAMAGES

Damaging property is not allowed. Some examples include intentionally spilling food or drink; smoking in a car; or vomiting due to excessive alcohol consumption or otherwise. 


If you damage property, you’re responsible for the cost of cleaning and repair fees, outside of normal wear and tear. If proof of damage or cleaning is provided, you will be responsible for 100% of the amount due.


The passenger assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.  Parliament Transportation Service LLC. DBa, Skyplus Limos (Limousines) is not responsible for ANY damage to personal property.

DRUGS & ALCOHOL

There is absolutely no smoking or consuming any kind of substance in the vehicle. Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted to consume alcohol. In the event that there is alcohol and/or underage consumption of alcohol in our vehicles, your ride will be terminated and there will be no refund.

MISCELLANEOUS

If the client fails to show up at the scheduled pick-up time and location for the arriving fight information you provided to us, you will be considered a “No Show” and billed the full amount for the reservation. If your plans or itinerary change please let us know 24 hours in advance, to avoid any confusion.

OVERAGES & WAIT TIMES

All quoted rates include only the trip type booked and do not include additional charges for changes in the scope of services that result in additional reservation hours, or wait times. 


All airport domestic arrivals have a 45 mins of wait time and 60 mins for an international arrival. Corporate transfers, residential and or hotel transfers, have only 15 mins of wait time. A charge of $20 per 15 mins will be added to the reservation total if the waiting time elapses.

SEATING CAPACITY

We cannot pick up groups that are larger than the capacity of the vehicle. In these cases we will not issue a refund and the driver by law cannot take the entire group.

SMOKING

We are a smoke free service.  Smoking is prohibited in our vehicles.  A strict $500 cleaning fee will be imposed if smoking occurs.
